Infuse apples into your morning with this lovely concoction.
What you’ll need:
- 1 tart/sweet apple (fuji or gala)
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1 big handful of spinach
- 1 tspn of almond butter
- 1 Tbspn of Hemp Protein Powder
- 1 Tspn of Chia Seeds
Add all ingredients into a blender.
