Turbo Full Body Workout

Try out this Full Body Workout to turbo burst to your full body workout this week.

Do 20 reps of the following exercises, then 15, 10, 5 reps.

Push-ups
Jump squats
Dips
Sumo squats
Biceps curls (10lbs, milk jugs or tubing)
Sit-ups
Plank to push-up

Do this all week, record your times and try to get a personal best.
